Comment on Art Making Process
I agree. For me, the art making process brings together an internal meditative practice with the external research of content. As a result, the work sometimes hovers in an in-between space. for me, drawing is like thinking. it allows me to connect to perceptual experience unavailable through text. I also count literature as extremely influential. Like the Eva Hesse & string theory. love Gego's work too.
